Spurth helps people discover and organize activities. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or offline. You participate in activities organized through Spurth at your own risk, and we encourage you to take normal safety precautions when meeting people in person.
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Spurth a license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the Service. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you post.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe your conduct harms other users or the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spurth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
